This agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between the undersigned law firm (“Firm”) and Am Law Top 100 (“Am Law”) on the date of signing this agreement. 1. Overview The Firm agrees to participate in the Am Law Top 100 ranking and to provide accurate and comprehensive information as requested by Am Law. Am Law agrees to maintain the confidentiality of the Firm`s information and to use it solely for the purposes of the ranking. 2. Representation Warranties The Firm represents and warrants that all information provided to Am Law is accurate, truthful, and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party. The Firm further represents and warrants that it has the authority to enter into this Agreement. 3. Ranking Criteria Am Law will rank the Firm based on various criteria including, but not limited to, revenue, profits, diversity, pro bono work, and attorney headcount. The Firm acknowledges that the rankings are subjective and based on the information provided. 4.
