UT Law CLE Contract

This contract (“Contract”) is entered into as of [Date], by and between [Party A] and [Party B] (collectively referred to as the “Parties”).

Whereas, Party A is a provider of continuing legal education courses (“CLE”) and Party B desires to engage Party A to provide CLE courses;

Now, therefore, consideration mutual promises covenants contained herein other good valuable consideration, Parties hereby agree follows:

Section 1. Scope Services
Party A agrees to provide CLE courses to Party B in accordance with the requirements set forth by the Texas Bar Association and any other relevant regulatory bodies.
Section 2. Compensation
Party B agrees to pay Party A the agreed upon fees for the CLE courses as outlined in Schedule A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
Section 3. Term Termination
This Contract shall commence on the effective date and continue until all CLE courses have been completed, unless earlier terminated in accordance with the provisions of this Contract.
